Special for Stage 1 (3/28)... STS-119 (Discovery) is scheduled to land Saturday 3/28 at 1:43pm. You might want to keep that in mind as you make plans.
Landing Info
When:
STAGE 1 : March 28th and 29th, 2009
STAGE 2 : April 4th and 5th, 2009
Times:
Check-in begins at 4:30pm on your Saturday. The educational program runs through 10am on Sunday.

Kennedy Space Center

Cost:
$90 per person.
Payment Due:
March 23rd to Bill Reed at the Pack Meeting.
What to Bring:
We will be on concrete floors inside the Saturn V Rocket Center. Please bring a change of clothes, toiletries, sleeping bag, pillow and a towel in a bag that you can easily carry. Air mattresses are also recommended. Please be able to carry everything that you bring. There are no shower facilities, we will be using park restrooms. For the visit on Sunday, we reccomend sunscreen, a hat, and a poncho.
What *not* to Bring:
Please do not bring knives or other sharp objects, cd/dvd players, etc. Also, they request that we not bring food.
Uniform:
Boys should be in Field Uniform (Class A blue/khaki uniform) for the Saturday night program, we will be in Activity Uniform (Class B t-shirt) for Sunday.
Arrival:
We will meet as a group at 4:30pm. On day of arrival, contact David Merrick at 850.980.7098 if you get lost or have last minute questions.

On Saturday, please meet at 4:30pm. We will meet at the 'Greenpath Park'. See the Map below for the location. Look for Pack leaders.

Parking info is located in the map below. Park in Lot 4, but not in the bus parking area.
Saturday Dinner:
Dinner will be provided Saturday evening. You should have already sent your menu choices to Bill Reed via e-mail. There will also be a snack provided Saturday night before lights out.
Sunday Breakfast:
Breakfast will be served to us on Sunday morning.
