Our Chartering Organization is very important to us. They provide us with the ability to operate, the space to meet, etc. Once a year, we are able to say thank you. During our annual holiday party everyone in the pack donates what they can and we have a fun silent auction. We al have a wonderful time and some of us get new stuff to add to our collections. So how does that help the Church? All the money raised is donated to them -- usually delivered on Scout Sunday in February. They use it to help their parishoners. See, even having a great time, we're always teaching our boys to help other people.
